The tunnel does the washing. People do the rest.

A crew meets you at the entrance and bug-preps the front by hand. At the exit another one towel-dries the drips the blowers miss. Then the vacuums are free, the towels are dry, and the spray bottles are full. It is the difference reviewers keep bringing up.
